Project Manager

Position Summary:
This position requires a self-driven, well organized project manager who can exercise decision making skills and time management with little supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. This position reports to the Technical Services Manager. This position supports the company with the responsibilities that are outlined below.
What you’ll do:
• Manage stage gate process for various projects; key customer, commercialization, sourcing, etc.
• Manage/assist with key process improvements throughout organization
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Develop comprehensive project plans (timelines, goals, specific deliverables, etc.)
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Manage/assist cross-functional project teams
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout execution of entire project
• Track and report on status of all active projects
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Responsible for maintaining and enforcing all food safety, employee safety and quality policies and procedures
• Comply with GMP, personal hygiene, HACCP and other quality and employee safety programs

Skills and Qualifications:
• 1-2 years’ experience in Project Management
• Experience with Process Improvement
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Experience seeing projects through full life cycle
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Salary: Pay will be based off experience and the right fit
