    Job Description

    Virtual Customer Service Representative PS Virtual Solutions is looking for remotes agents to service our multiple clients in a virtual work environment. We are a 1099 service provider, which means you set your own schedule! We believe that your success is a success for us all! We create an environment of learning, fun, and business. We are looking for agents who have an extensive background in customer service, basic technical skills, and flexibility. We service clients on a 24/7/365 basis and would expect the agent to be able to work the hours set by the program the agent is assigned to.

    Requirements:

    1. Applicant should have at least 3-5 years of customer service experience; a preference is given for those applicants with at least 1 of those years in a virtual setting.

    2. Applicant must be at least 21 years of age at the time of the application.

    3. Applicant must have access to a quiet work environment isolated from common areas of the home.

    4. Applicant must meet the minimum internet /computer requirements as set by the program.

    • No satellite or dial-up internet service will be permitted.
    • No computers are provided by PS Virtual Solutions.
    1. Must be a US resident.
    • Certain state restrictions may apply.

    Pay Rate:

    The rate of pay is based on the project the applicant is assigned to. Performance bonuses are also paid quarterly.
