HCM Functional Analyst(s):

Roles:

• Analyst - Payroll & Education
• Senior Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
• Define and capture business requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations or configuration updates.
• Provide 2nd tier production support.
• Perform system configuration and testing.
• Develop system documentation.
• Transfer knowledge to internal subject matter experts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3 years' experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal (development or functional consultant).
• 3 years' experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later (Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler).
• Preferred: 5 years' experience in PeopleSoft and tools.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, testing, and selective adoption process.
• Expert knowledge of SDLC methodology, SQL, Oracle 19C databases, REST-based webservers.
• Excellent customer service skills.
