We are currently hiring skilled professionals for PSA Engineer - DTS to join our growing team.

    PSA Engineer - DTS (Dispatcher Training Simulator) Location: Seattle (REMOTE 100% / Could be traveling to different locations) Duration: 12 months contract (W2 only)

    Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

    · Administer and optimize Energy Management System (EMS) system through application configuration, tuning and security patching preferably on GE PowerOn Reliance (XA21) and/or AEMS Platform Software, as well as EMS of any equivalent platforms from Siemens, OSI, ABB, Schneider etc.

    · Simulated RTU, Simulated IED, Console

    · ICCP, IEC, DNP3, Modbus, Data Modeling, XML/JSON

    · Proficient in both Linux and Windows operating environments.

    · Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.

    · Experience in Power system applications including Power Flow, State Estimator, Contingency analysis, Load Frequency Control(AGC), Dispatcher Training Simulator (DTS) with expertise in model validation event creation.

    · Experience in programming languages for system integration or scripting, such as C, C++, PERL, or similar. SQL & Shell scripting, and ability to read and interpret logs and debug files. Must have experience in picking up and installing fixes on live customer systems

    Roles & Responsibilities

    · Model validation and defect fixing for DTS system.

    · Perform necessary technical corrective actions to restore failed or failing technical services on EMS system.

    · Conduct code review, deployment, testing and monitoring of break/fix patches and modification.

    Education

    · Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
