- Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
- Provides 1st Level hardware/software remote support for physician practices to analyze customer concerns and correct or escalate issues accordingly while striving for 100% customer satisfaction.
- Configures and tests IT and related devices used within the organization.
- Works closely with Analyst, Desktop and Network support staff to ensure end-user problems are resolved in a timely manner.
- Provides technical support during normal business hours and participates in after hours on-call rotation.
QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING:
- 1-2 yrs. experience in an operator capacity in a multi-platform computing environment preferred.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/REGISTRATIONS/EDUCATION:
- High-school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Associates degree in Computer Science preferred
