The Patient Care Supervisor is a registered nurse who provides coordination and support to the patient care activities of an assigned patient care unit for a specific shift.  The PCS is in charge of facilitating the goals of the Unit Director, the patient care coordinator and supervises staff assigned to the specific shift.  Two year related Associates degree in Nursing from an NLN School of Nursing and at least 3 years of total related work experience. 

WORK SCHEDULE Nights; 72 hours bi-weekly; 7 PM- 7 AM.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

45 beds; adult and geriatric patients with medical or surgical ailments not requiring intensive medical treatment or procedures

SKILLS REQUIRED At least a two-year associate's degree from an accredited school in nursing.
