The Senior Training Specialist will be responsible for the design and delivery of leadership development curriculum and related programs for McLeod Health to ensure we are developing leader skills and capabilities to support the growth and evolution of McLeod Health aligned with our strategic goals.
Required Skills
The knowledge of theories, principles and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Adult Education, Organizational Development or related field required and five to eight years of experience including program/project management, performance consulting, and training development and delivery. Master’s degree in Education or Organizational Development preferred.
Prior experience of progressive leadership to include managing direct reports with 5-7 years of progressive experience in leadership required.
Demonstrated experience in developing, managing and executing adult learning programs for all leadership levels with proven ability to collaborate with leaders to effectively support training, development, and performance.
Strong project management skills with the ability to document and communicate project plans, monitor work in progress, and achieve project milestones.
Demonstrated leadership coaching experience with leaders at all levels.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
Experience in group facilitation, coaching and leading teams /organizations in performance improvement strategies that result in higher performance.
MBTI® Certified Practitioner preferred.
