The Patient Care Supervisor is a registered nurse who provides coordination and support to the patient care activities of an assigned patient care unit for a specific shift. The PCS is in charge of facilitating the goals of the Unit Director, the patient care coordinator and supervises staff assigned to the specific shift. Two year related Associates degree in Nursing from an NLN School of Nursing and at least 3 years of total related work experience.
WORK SCHEDULE 72 hours bi-weekly. Rotating - 1 night, 2 days.
