POSITION OVERVIEW
The Regional Workforce Manager will provide leadership to their assigned area and the organization to align field team member resources to an evolving business environment. This role will have oversight and direct involvement with team member hiring, training and scheduling oversight. Regional leadership skills, strategic demand planning and analytics skills will allow this role to provide support and partnership to all levels of management in order to achieve stated goals and KPIs.
Reporting to The Divisional Manager, Workforce Excellence, primary responsibility of this role will be to support an effective labor management culture at PSAV to advance the organization’s strategic objectives.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of Labor Management experience
Demonstrated leadership and management skills
Regional Management Role/Multi Location Management Role
Excel/Data Analysis Skills
Event Execution Experience
Labor Management Experience
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
Ability to successfully interact and support all levels of management within the organization
Strong analytical ability
