    OPPORTUNITY:

     

    This is a valuable cross-functional engineering opportunity for engineering students who are sophomores or rising juniors. This internship is designed to allow candidates to build a skillset for future Product Development Engineer internships at Radio Flyer. Working with both the Customer Service and Quality Assurance team, you will support both departments by analyzing, assessing, and solving customer problems and identifying quality improvement projects. This position will communicate directly with consumers, and work with members of the consumer services and quality teams to troubleshoot and analyze consumer quality issues.

     

    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Develop unique solutions to improve product quality and safety based on customer feedback.
    • Investigate online reviews, customer feedback, and support troubleshooting with our Customer Service team
    • Support reliability, abuse, and safety testing on existing and new products
    • Create troubleshooting and support documents to help assist our customer service team with technical issues

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Sophomore or Junior Mechanical Engineering Student
    • 3.0+ GPA
    • Hands-on, results oriented, ability to prioritize objectives and meet timelines
    • Self-motivated, proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a team
    • Strong problem solving, written communication and ability to multi-task
