Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians,

     and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.  

Maintains building plumbing components.  

Works with other trades as necessary to complete projects.  

Installs, repairs, inspects, and maintains safe and efficient operation of including, but not limited to: sanitary

     waste, storm drainage, water supply, medical and natural gas, process piping and fire sprinkler systems.  

Perform Preventive Maintenance Measures. 

Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies. 

Log daily reading of equipment and systems as assigned. 

Review Work Orders daily and complete associated tasks/repairs by Type/Priority. 

Perform other maintenance duties as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING:

Must possess a minimum of 4 years of experience maintaining commercial/industrial plumbing systems. In lieu of 4 years’ experience, 2 years plumbing experience in a hospital. Must be able to demonstrate general computer data entry proficiency.  Must become SC Backflow Tester certified and Medical Gas Repair certified within 1 year of employment. 

 WORK SCHEDULE:80 HOURS BI-WEEKLY

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/REGISTRATIONS/EDUCATION

Minimum of a High school diploma/GED required          

Due to insurance regulations, must be at least 21 years of age with a valid SC driver's license.
