Will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse to assist with meeting patient comfort, hygiene, and nutrition needs.  Will obtain data for assessments and assist with providing care to emergency department patients to include blood draws, EKGs, etc.  FT position at McLeod Seacoast.  Shift is 2 p.m. - 2 a.m.

Required Skills

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.  Must also have nurse assistant training or hold a certification as a nurse assistant.  Previous emergency department and/or phlebotomy experience preferred.  Previous experience obtaining EKGs also preferred. BLS certification required.
