1. Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. 
2. Works with Associate Vice President in the analysis of Physician practice financial performance and ancillary service performance.
3. Coordinates efforts and communications regarding Physician practice financial statements with the MPA Associate Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents.
4. Cleans, validates, and models financial and statistical data for decision making purposes.
5. Confirms project requirements by studying user requirements and effectively communicating with others on project team.
6. Maintains Physician Compensation, Productivity, Operating Expense and Coding Profile benchmark databases.
7. Prepares monthly and as needed reports for Senior Leadership.
8. Protects confidential information.
9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS /TRAINING:

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheets, problem solving, documentation skills, and verbal communication
• Data maintenance experience

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/REGISTRATIONS/EDUCATION:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited school
