1. Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-

workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. 

2. Responsible balancing the drawer 

3. Train Volunteers to work in the gift shop

4. Keep snack area stocked and neat

5. Receive Inventory

6. Responsible for reporting stolen merchandise

7. Work with customers to close a sale

QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING:

• Previous retail Experience

• Computer experience

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/REGISTRATIONS/EDUCATION:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited school
