    $5000 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE WITH A 2 YEAR AGREEMENT

    Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. 

    Maintains building components such as Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Variable

    Refrigerant Flow, Steam, Hot Water, gas, Building Automation, Energy Management, and Work Order Management systems.  

    Maintains building components such as Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Variable

    Refrigerant Flow, Steam, Hot Water, Natural/Propane gas, Building Automation, Energy Management, and Work Order Management systems.  

    Installs, repairs, troubleshoots, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration (HVAC&R) equipment.   

    Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.  

    Log equipment performance readings as assigned. 

    Review Work Orders daily and complete associated tasks/repairs by Type/Priority. 

    Perform other maintenance duties as requested.

    Working weekends and different shifts will be required.  

    Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocols.

    Must be a quick thinker and able to displays positive emotional behavior, as well as apply positive social skills with co-workers, vendors, customers, and patients.

    QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING:          

    Must be able to demonstrate general computer data entry proficiency and basic control diagnostic procedures   

     SCHEDULE: 80 hours bi-weekly

    LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/REGISTRATIONS/EDUCATION           

    • Due to insurance regulations, must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license. 
    • Minimum of a High School Diploma/Equivalent from an accredited school
    • Valid EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification.
