- Responsibility includes assisting Assistant Director and/or Director in the day to day operations and processing of compensation, benefits and human resources management programs, plans and policies.
- Responsible for the day to day maintenance of all Personal management processes, such as personnel action changes, disability management , evaluation systems, PEP and other HRIS system and applications.
- Provide consultation service to employees, directors and managers on routine issues to educate, inform and resolve related problems and issues. Acts as a point of service contact for optimal service delivery.
- Assists with reporting needs, audits, all compliance surveys and government reporting as needed.
- Exceptional customer service is a critical function of this position. Determines customer needs and deliver service using all available resources. Communicates clearly via telephone, in person and through written and electronic media.
- Serves as a member of various committees as needed.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced officer environment while being detail oriented.
- Develops and maintains information, records and department files.
- Assist with clerical and phone support for the department. May also act as a courier for special deliveries, projects and activities throughout McLeod Health.
- Develop internal and external working relationships with managers, peers and/or subordinates to accomplish department and facility goals.
Required Skills
QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING:
- Previous Human Resources experience
- Experience in internet, intranet and extranet
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional customer service is a critical function of this position
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/REGISTRATIONS/EDUCATION:
