    We are looking for a for a CRM and/or Vault Administrator. The Ideal applicant has Veeva CRM experience in pharma/biotech.

    Responsibilities

    • For all types and levels of requests, provide Managed Services to make system changes (such as technical support and enhancements)
    • In conjunction with users and Business Owners participate in application management, prioritization, enhancements, break fix activities, problem management
    • Complete Master Data Management and System Administration (implementation of workflows and work instructions)
    • Categorize, prioritize, track, and route incidents raised by users or monitoring tool
    • Complete user account management tasks (creation, changes, terminations), using documented How-To’s, basic user training, FAQs
    • Completed Veeva certifications corresponding to scope of support. This will include some or all the following as needed: Veeva CRM Administrator
    • Complete documentation per Client’s specifications, including, but not limited to: Business Process Mapping, Business Requirements, Functional Requirements (i.e. Technical Specifications), Test Cases, User Guides, and Admin Guides.\
    • Complete system testing as requested, including, but not limited to: Unit Testing (in sandbox) and Smoke Testing (in production) in both browser, iPad and Windows app . of Veeva CRM.
    • On-site presence or off-site availability during core hours (8:30AM to 5:30PM PST) Support system on weekends for scheduled critical business needs

    Requirements

    • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Biomedical, Mechanical, etc.), Computer Sciences, or Life Science major (Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, etc.)
    • 2-4 years’ experience of Veeva CRM support in pharmaceutical / biotech industry
    • Veeva CRM Certification 
    • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
    • No C2C / No Third Party Resumes / No sponsorship
