We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Working with senior stakeholders in the client business you will be responsible for hiring across both commercial and the more technical manufacturing roles. RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
Results-oriented recruiting experience (2 years minimum) working in an in-house, RPO or agency setting (ideally with Life Science recruitment experience of the various engineering disciplines within the Pharma, Medical Tech, IT, Construction and Engineering sectors.)
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required.
Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise.
Ability to employ technologies in the recruiting process that create efficiencies.
Adhere to documentation and processes for compliance.
Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques.
Supporting and mentoring more junior recruiters (mentoring).
