Job Description
As a Registered Nurse in our Cath Lab, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-tier care to patients during cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Procedure Preparation : Ready patients for procedures, addressing their questions and concerns while also administering necessary medications.
- Active Procedure Role: Collaborate closely with cardiologists and the medical team during catheterization, ensuring patient safety and procedure effectiveness.
- Equipment Oversight: Ensure all cath lab tools and equipment are sanitized, functional, and prepared for use. Address and report any equipment issues promptly.
- Patient Records: Document patient care activities meticulously, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all records.
- Team Integration: Foster a cooperative environment with all cath lab professionals, from cardiologists to technicians, to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Ongoing Professional Development: Pursue continuous learning opportunities, staying updated on cath lab best practices, emerging technologies, and procedural innovations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a cath lab or related medical environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with medical documentation systems.
Compensation:
- Total Shift Pay: $892.00
- Gross Hourly Wage: $74.00
- 12 Hour Shift
