POSITION PSE Healthy Energy is looking for an environmental scientist or engineer with a strong background in petroleum engineering and hydrogeology or geochemistry or air pollution. The candidate would assist in evaluating impacts to natural resources (e.g., groundwater, surface water, air) and assessing risk to public health, with an emphasis on pathways associated with upstream oil and gas development, midstream oil and gas transmission and oil and gas storage and distribution. The candidate would have the capability to conduct emissions and geochemical modeling and assessment as well as interpret and synthesize related studies and data.
It is not expected that a single candidate will have expertise across all these areas- we're seeking candidates that are particularly strong in a few areas and have some interest and capabilities in others.
