    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answers incoming telephone calls from internal team members in a call center environment.
    • Responds to calls that are related to questions or problems team members may have related to benefit plans, payroll, policies, programs and online tools associated with human resources.
    • Documents transactional work and educates team members on human resource related topics.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 1+ year of call center experience
    • Previous benefit and or health experience
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
