Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer 35-40 calls a day mostly regarding payment disputes and loans.
• Take disaster-related calls due to fires or pandemic.
• Transfer the call to ensure the customer gets the help they need.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of call center experience
