Job Description
Departmental Responsibilities:
- Assists with development of tracking tools for Study Startup
- Assists with preparation of departmental reports
- Plans, organizes and follow up on departmental meetings and calls
- Assists with preparation and distribution of intradepartmental correspondence (information letters, bulletins, etc.)
- Provides miscellaneous administrative, technical and logistical support to Study Startup department
Quality Control & Assurance Responsibilities:
- Assists with implementation of in-process quality controls within the department
- Assists with preparation, conduct and follow up of audits and inspections
Training Responsibilities:
- Assists with maintenance of training materials for Study Startup department and staff
- Collaborates with Training & Resourcing to schedule general induction and ongoing training for Study Startup staff
- Assists with coordination of trainings delivered by Study Startup to PSI staff
