RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Key function of the position is to be the initial customer support person for their customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers.
• Refer the customer to the appropriate Sales or technical assistance staff member, as necessary. You will not be expected to answer any technical questions.
• Checking and updating the status of customer orders and responding via email and phone
• Taking and Inputting customer purchase orders into system
• general office assistant duties, and assistance to the Shipping Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 plus years of corporate customer service experience. Preferably with a company that sells a technical product
• Excellent computer skills- MS Office,.and Order systems.( training provided for their systems)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate well over the phone.

Company has all COVID protections in place and they are, currently, operating on a hybrid virtual basis. Until further notice and after training The week will be split between virtual(at home) and in the office.
