Our Bucks County Client is seeking a Customer Service Billing Representative to become an integral part of their team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices. This is a Direct Hire search with a great organization!

Responsibilities:

• Calculate monthly billing for services according to schedule
• Track and record payments
• Distribute invoices for review by the Manager
• Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
• Experience in data entry
• Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to learn new billing system- Will train.
