About the Role: Are you a physical therapist seeking an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team? Look no further than PT 360° Sports Medicine & Spine Therapy of Portland! We're currently searching for a full-time physical therapist to become a valued member of our dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

Create and progress treatment plans for a diverse range of patients, including athletes, post-surgical patients, and those with acute or chronic conditions.

Conduct approximately 3-5 evaluations per week and provide direct 1-1 care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Complete all documentation on-site to alleviate the stress of taking work home and maintain continuity of care for patients.

Foster positive relationships with patients by working directly with those you evaluate, enhancing their treatment experience and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Hold the required state license for physical therapy, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and colleagues.

Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of patient care and documentation.
