How we work:
We collaborate with independent professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality installations. Each project is approached with clear expectations, careful planning, and hands-on execution. While contributors work independently on-site, communication with project leads ensures alignment on schedule, materials, and client needs. Safety, organization, and attention to detail are essential. We view every project as an opportunity to build skills, refine installation techniques, and contribute to consistent, professional results.
At Up Closets, we’re more than a custom closet company—we’re a team of creators and builders passionate about transforming spaces and elevating lives. Rooted in innovation, craftsmanship, and growth, we’re ready to welcome new talent.
