    We are representing a well-established, patient-focused endodontic group with multiple locations in the Bay Area that is seeking a skilled Endodontist to join their growing team. The practice has built a strong reputation for excellence, known for its advanced technology, supportive environment, and high-quality patient care.

    About the Locations:

    • Oakland and Alameda are vibrant, diverse communities offering an exceptional quality of life. Oakland boasts a thriving arts and cultural scene, scenic outdoor recreation, and a relaxed yet dynamic urban environment. Alameda offers a close-knit community feel with access to beautiful waterfront areas, family-friendly neighborhoods, and quick connections to San Francisco.

    Schedule:

    • Tuesdays in Oakland

    • Fridays in Alameda

    • 3 operatories at each location

    Scope of Procedures Includes:

    • GentleWave® UltraCleaning

    • Root Canal Therapy

    • Endodontic Retreatment

    • Apicoectomy

    • Cracked Teeth & Traumatic Injuries

    • Cone Beam CT Imaging

    • GentleWave® Procedure & Edge Pro Laser

    This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative team in a high-demand setting, with clinical autonomy, strong referral support, and access to the latest in endodontic technology.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Compensation Model: 43% of collections for all services provided—supported by high collections and strong reimbursement rates.

    • Debt Assistance Program: $2,000 per month for the first year to help offset student loan payments while building a patient base.

    • Relocation: Negotiable.

    • Continuing Education: $2,500 annual allowance for CE courses, travel, and training.

    • Paid Time Off: Four (4) weeks of PTO.
