Location: Fargo - Moorhead Company: Window World of Fargo

About the Role We’re looking for an outgoing, friendly, people-oriented individual to represent Window World of Fargo at home shows, community festivals, and local events on weekends throughout the year.

What You’ll Do

Represent Window World of Fargo professionally at home shows, festivals, and community events

Engage attendees in friendly conversations about their bathroom remodeling goals

Schedule free in-home design consultations using our proven appointment-setting process

Follow our communication scripts and lead capture systems

Assist with booth setup and teardown before and after each event

What We’re Looking For

A great personality — you genuinely enjoy connecting with people

Weekend availability (most events run Friday–Sunday)

Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (local travel required)

Ability to lift 20–30 lbs for event setup

4+ years of experience in sales, event marketing, or customer engagement

Compensation

Base + bonus pay structure

On-target earnings: $25–$40/hr

No cap on bonuses — we love rewarding great work!
