    We're a fast-growing SaaS startup that recently closed our Series A and are scaling quickly. We provide critical infrastructure and services that help major enterprise digital product organizations stand up sustainable and scalable digital production operations. With a lean, high-performing team of 20, on our way to 30, we're building something ambitious—and having fun doing it.

    About the Role:

    We're looking for a sharp, proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant in the Portland, OR area to support five members of our executive team (90% CEO support) across both work and personal tasks. You'll be the connective tissue that helps our leadership team stay focused, organized, and a step ahead in a busy, high-growth environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, loves making things run smoothly, and knows how to get things done behind the scenes.

    What You'll Do:

    Executive Support

    • Help manage to-do lists that are falling through the cracks such as: make a meeting happen, send a follow up e-mail, help clean out e-mail backlog

    • Coordinate meetings, Zooms, and in-person logistics (when applicable)

    • Handle travel bookings, itineraries, and expense reports

    • Manage follow-ups, prep materials, and light communications

    Project & Operational Support

    • Support one-off projects like team retreats or offsites

    • Help with vendor coordination, light research, or internal docs

    • Social media posting and scheduling for CEO

    Personal Assistance

    • Make personal appointments and reservations (dining, health, travel)

    • Coordinate home services or deliveries

    • Assist with gifting, errands, or special occasions

    Who You Are:

    • 3+ years of experience supporting executives in fast-paced environments
    • Extremely organized, detail-obsessed, and able to juggle competing priorities
    • Clear and professional communicator (written + verbal)
    • Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, etc.
    • High trust: you handle sensitive information with discretion and maturity
    • Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
    • Startup experience or supporting multiple leaders at once is a big plus
    • Flexibility with working hours
    • Quickbooks experience is a plus
    • While the position is mostly remote, candidate must live around the Portland, OR area for occasional in-person assistance.

    Compensation:

    $35/hr + opportunity to grow with us. This position will start as a part time contractor, but may grow into a FTE role. We are new to working with an EA and are unsure how much of your time we may require. Flexibility is key.
