At Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin, caregivers are the foundation of everything we do. We are seeking compassionate and dependable in-home caregivers in the West Bend area to provide one-on-one care across all shifts, with a strong need for overnight (NOC) coverage.
In this role, you will support seniors, including individuals recovering from stroke, helping them live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes. Caregiver Responsibilities
Provide safe, attentive care during assigned shifts
Assist stroke recovery clients with mobility, transfers, personal care, and daily routines
Monitor changes in condition and ensure client safety
Encourage independence while providing hands-on support as needed
Communicate clearly with the care team and office staff
What We’re Looking For
Must be at least 18 years old
Prior experience working with stroke clients required
Compassionate, reliable, and professional
Comfortable working independently, especially during overnight shifts
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Ability to pass a background check
