At Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin, overnight caregivers do more than supervise—they provide reassurance, stability, and compassionate support during the most vulnerable hours of the day.

Your presence ensures seniors feel safe, comfortable, and valued, while giving families peace of mind.

No experience is required. Paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support are provided so you feel confident and prepared from your very first shift.

What You’ll Do

Assist with bedtime routines and personal care

Monitor client safety and well-being throughout the night

Provide reassurance, companionship, and calm support

Help seniors remain safely and comfortably in their homes

Make a meaningful difference during quiet overnight hours

What We’re Looking For

Must be at least 18 years old

Compassionate, dependable, and professional

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check and provide references

Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required—full training is provided.
