Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging music curriculum for middle and high school students.

Teach fundamental music theory, vocal techniques, and instrument instruction.

Lead rehearsals and prepare students for performances, including concerts, programs, and other school events.

Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and spiritual growth.

Coordinate between families and contracted instrument instructors

Integrate Biblical principles into music instruction and classroom activities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or related field.

Strong understanding of music theory and pedagogy.

Alignment with the mission and values of Lititz Christian School.
