About the Position:
We are seeking a Part-Time Pediatric Dentist to join our thriving practice in Garden City, NY. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of clinical experience and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality pediatric dental care.

Practice Overview:

• Providers: 2 Doctors, 3 Hygienists

• Operatories: 12 chairs

• Schedule: Wednesdays 11-8 and Saturday 7:30 - 3:00

• Insurance: PPO

• Technology: Fully digital practice equipped with advanced technology, including multiple milling units, CEREC, Cone Beam, and iTero scanners

• In-house specialties: Oral Surgery and General Anesthesia

• Active patient base: 3,250 patients

Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD degree required

• Completion of a GPR or AEGD program preferred

• Must hold an active New York dental license in good standing

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $200 – $300, based on experience and production

• Compensation structure: Strong minimum guarantee with a percentage of collections
