TAS Drug is seeking a positive, motivated, patient-oriented, and licensed part-time pharmacist. This role primarily involves traditional independent pharmacy staffing while offering an opportunity to dedicate a half-shift every other week to Medication Therapy Management and advancing our clinical programs and services. As an independent pharmacy, we value our patients and our team’s health, and are seeking someone aligned with these core values.
We prioritize balance — this role includes no night shifts, no major holidays, no Sundays, alternating Saturdays, and rockstar support staff.
This part-time position performs everyday pharmacist duties while ensuring a positive experience for patients and providing a supportive environment for employees. This role has the support, flexibility and autonomy to engage and build relationships with patients and the community. This position also creates and executes programs to encourage health and wellness, improve patients' quality of life, and grow the business and revenues meaningfully. This position will assist the Pharmacist in Charge in managing this location's operations, within the TAS Drug system, culture, values, and guiding principles.

Qualifications:
Active NC Pharmacist License
Strong communication and “people” skills
Active Pharmacist Immunizer status
Patient-centered approach to care and pharmacist role
Applicants must pass a background check and drug screening
Community pharmacy experience preferred, however not required
