Are you a graduate student in psychology, neuroscience, or a related field looking for hands-on experience working with individuals who struggle with attention, memory, and learning?
LearningRx Tysons is seeking a Director of First Impressions to support our cognitive training center. This role provides valuable exposure to applied cognitive development, client interaction, and real-world learning challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as first point of contact for prospective and current clients
Guide families through intake, scheduling, and onboarding
Maintain accurate client records in CRM system
Coordinate schedules and support operational flow
Assist with outreach and community education efforts
Provide a welcoming, professional environment for families
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field preferred)
Strong interest in cognitive science, learning, or brain function
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
Comfortable balancing client interaction with administrative tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools
Schedule
Monday–Friday: 3:30pm–7:30pm
Occasional Saturdays: 9am–1pm
