Absolute Elder Care is a geriatric focused Mobile Physician Group that provides Primary Care Services to patients in Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Private Residences across Central and North Central Florida.

We’re looking for a motivated professional to join our team in a part-time role with a flexible schedule— alternating working four days one week and three days the following week. No weekends required. This position includes support from a Medical Assistant, a call rotation every 7–8 weeks, and covers the area shown on our map. Core Responsibilities

Work closely with your Medical Assistant and our support staff to ensure patient needs are met timely to reduce hospitalization and improve quality of life

Participate in weekly virtual meetings (via TEAMS) for physicians and advanced practice providers

Participate in Medicare's Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS)

Complete documentation and billing in eClinical Works in accordance with Medicare and practice standards

Conduct telehealth visits as needed

Qualifications

2 years experience in geriatrics preferred but not required

The ideal candidate will have experience working for a mobile practice

Unencumbered Florida Nurse Practitioner license

DEA License

Experience with eClinical Works EHR platform preferred
