Unarmed Security Officer – Weekend Shifts

Pay: $19–$22/hour +$0.50/hour military & veteran differential

KRE Security, LLC is hiring Unarmed Security Officers for a quiet, controlled client site in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. This position is ideal for experienced security officers, veterans, retired law enforcement, or dependable guards seeking consistent weekend work.

Schedule – Weekend Security Shifts

Saturday–Sunday

2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Multiple weekend shifts available

Consistent schedule — no last-minute call-ins

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide professional unarmed security at a client facility

Conduct foot patrols and monitor access points

Perform access control and visitor screening

Observe, document, and report incidents

Maintain a visible, professional presence

Complete daily activity and incident reports (Belfry Software)

Communicate clearly with supervisors and site contacts

Follow post orders and confidentiality requirements

Requirements

1+ year experience in one or more of the following:

Security guard / private security

Law enforcement or corrections

Military or government service

Must be 21 years of age or older

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Ability to use mobile devices for reporting

Strong communication and observation skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather

Must pass background check (FBI fingerprinting completed upon offer)

Bilingual candidates are a plus but not required.

Pay & Benefits

$19–$22/hour, based on experience

Overtime pay for hours over 40/week

Veterans and active-duty service members receive +$0.50/hour
