AllStar Heating & Cooling Corp. is currently looking for a full-time PTAC Helper to assist our experienced technicians with installing, maintaining, and repairing PTAC (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner) units - this is NOT an HVAC technician position. We have been a family owned and operated business for over 40 years and believe that hard work can also be fun.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation and repair of PTAC equipment.

Furnish tools, materials and supplies to other workers.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Track all equipment and supplies.

Help organize and clean the shop, warehouse, and maintain inventory.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Be willing and able to learn.

Reliable and hard working

Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs and be able to fulfill the physical demands required.

Ability to work well in teams.

Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Outgoing, professional, clean-cut, and drug free

MUST HAVE Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Have reliable transportation and live 15 miles from Carol Stream

Agree to drug testing.
