SUMMARY OF POSITION
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to assist with managing the procurement of medical equipment and supplies, office supplies, and cosmetic products for our multistate dermatology practice. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a focus on efficient order processing to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment across all locations.

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (with a focus on Excel)

· Ability to compile information and make decisions
· Ability multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
· 2+ years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
