Job Title: Store Manager
Reporting To: Regional Manager or Above.
Subordinates: (1) Assistant Manager, (2) Team Leaders, (3) Key Holders, (4) Sales Associates
Summary: As a Store Manager with Pure Blades, you will be accountable for promoting a sales culture to build productivity. You will be responsible and accountable for managing all aspects of the store operations and employee personal, under the direction and guidance of a Regional Manager or above.
In addition, you will prepare for future growth of the company through hiring and developing great people in a positive environment and culture.
Responsibilities:
o Accountable for promoting a sales culture to build productivity. o Attract, recruit and retain top talent for the store. o Develop a team of high performing “Self Starters” who deliver results. o Foster an environment of continuous education while supporting company driven training initiatives. o Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, while developing others to do the same o Lead a selling culture through building customer loyalty, creating personalized shopping experiences and fostering lasting relationships. o Lead and instill a strong focus on: units per transaction, average transaction, conversion and sales per hour. o Provide leadership by analyzing week to date, month to date, year to date sales and develop action plans to drive sales. o Create external, community relationships that grow sales. o Lead with integrity and a willingness to take accountability. o In charge of maintaining regular store maintenance, implementing loss prevention standards. o Ensuring timely processing of invoices and keeping shelves full, and products priced correctly. o Being ultimately responsible for making sure the store opens and closes daily. o Be willing to perform additional duties as required.

Physical Demands:
o There are physical demands associated with this position including lifting boxes and equipment, 25 to 50 pounds.
o Pushing heavy carts, spending a significant amount of time standing, and walking around the store at all times.
Ability to attend work as scheduled, working various schedules and shifts throughout normal and off business hours is required.
