Pure Serenity Health Spa is the largest health spa in Columbia County. The Skin Care Department offers services ranging from Lashes to Hydrafacials. Pure Serenity's goal is to be able to meet all of our clients needs. We are looking for an individual who is licensed and passionate about how lashes can transform people's confidence. Certified, and with a portfolio ready to show classic and hybrid lashes specifically. You will work alongside Licensed Massage Therapists, and Acupuncturist and promote our ProFloat float tank.

Starting Pay:

Pay Structure for Lashes Full Set: First Set Promo: $44 Regular/Classic: $54 Hybrid: $62

Fills- One Week: $10 (30 mins) 2nd Week: $20 (35-45 mins) 3rd Week: $30 (45 mins)

Hours- Part Time 1-3 Days a Week! Wednesday - Friday

Requirements- experiences classic lash artist w/ portfolio Able to stand, bend, lift and carry up to 30lbs at one time if needed. Attention to detail. Provides only exceptional customer service and has skills in product education for retail sales. With knowledge, self starter abilities & willingness to learn more about IMAGE Skin Care products. Must show a work ethic and is reliable and dependable. As well as a team player with work life balance for a healthy successful provider. Must have an Esti License Must be available to work around all major holidays, attend a monthly employee meeting every 2nd Friday of the month, work events such as the Home and Garden show and Columbia County Fair and Rodeo Must attend regular IMAGE Skin Care online and live seminars

Responsibilities

Provide eyelash extensions

Advise clients on skin care options and best practices with IMAGE Skincare

Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner and create rapport

Maintain an organized schedule, including scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments

Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained to meet or exceed safety standards

Qualifications

Valid esthetician’s license

Proven experience as an esthetician with up to date portfolio or social media

Experience in the use of skin care equipment such as Hydrafacial is preferred but not required

Eyelash Extension Certificate

Deep understanding of skin care techniques

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High level of ethics
