    PVM, Inc has an immediate need for a FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FSR) to provide Palantir Training and Site Support for DHS ICE located in Sterling, VA.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    • Provide Palantir Gotham training, expertise, and customer support as needed in support of the DHS-ICE Palantir system and site.
    • Provide Mission and Workflow support to DHS-ICE specifically in their use of the Palantir System; FALCON.
    • Fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations

    YOU HAVE

    • Unrestricted right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
    • ABILITY TO PASS HIGH RISK PUBLIC TRUST INVESTIGATION OR CURRENTLY HAVE A MINIMUM OF A TIER 4 INVESTIGATION ADJUDICATED WITHIN THE LAST FIVE (5) YEARS
    • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar discipline AND 5 years applicable experience
    • Minimum one year's prior experience providing training and employee support services for the Palantir  Falcon/DARTTS software platform; at least six (6) months of which shall have been in the context of a federal law enforcement organization. 
    • Minimum of six (6) months' experience providing engineering support to a Palantir Gotham installation; OR proof of successful completion of a Palantir-authorized advanced training course/certification in providing technical support for Palantir Gotham software
    • Analyst support related to network development
    • Related support to the cell as needed
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
    • Great time management and interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented and a team-player
    • A creative thinker and enjoy a collaborative environment
    • Work independently and make decisions under minimal supervision
    • Comfortable with occasional travel.

    ICING ON THE CAKE

    • Previous experience supporting DHS-ICE, specifically providing training and support services for the Palantir GOTHAM system.
    • Experience with version control system (e.g. git)
    • Experience with standard, parseable file formats (e.g. JSON, XML)
    • Experience with command line interfaces (e.g. Terminal)
    • Previous Linux/Unix text editor experience (e.g. vim)
    • Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment with dynamic objectives and iteration with users
    • Enjoy continuously learning (we realize making mistakes means progress)
    • Actively seeking opportunities to grow and develop
