We are currently seeking motivated Construction Logistics Associates to join our team for our construction projects located in Phoenix, AZ 85083.

    About the Role:

    In this role, the Construction Logistics Associate will primarily contribute to the function of the company's logistics by performing various tasks to ensure processes are efficient and effective. This includes working directly with the team to verify all materials, supplies, parts, and equipment are in the right places. Our ideal candidate possesses not only excellent organizational and problem solving skills, but also a strong work ethic and strong sense of accountability.

    Responsibilities:

    Equipment and Material Management

    · Loading, transportation, and unloading of various materials and equipment between multiple locations

    · Operation of heavy equipment such as telehandlers and forklifts

    · Assisting leadership with delivery and setup of supplies and equipment

    · Location of and movement of product stock

    · Maintaining inventory records and activity logs

    Compliance & Safety

    · Identification of damages and reporting of shortages or quality deficiencies

    · Complete regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure consistent maintenance and repairs

    · Utilizing best practices to maintain compliance with both company policy and legal requirements

    Internal and External Communication

    · Communicating efficiently and working with the engineers and other members of the construction management team

    · Maintaining productive and professional relationships with internal business partners and other on-site trades and vendors

    Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

    · 1 year of Warehouse/Construction/Laydown experience

    · Able to safely work outside in the Laydown yard and other construction areas where there is minimal sun shade

    · Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance

    · Able to consistently stand, lift, bend, stoop, or other similar repetitive motions for long periods of time

    · Able to work overtime when required

    · Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

    · Fluent in English

    · Team Player

    · Strong communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    · OSHA 10 certification

    · OSHA 30 certification

    · Telehandler certification (Class 7)

    · Forklift certification

    · Prior forklift experience
