Required skills and experience:

1. 8+ years of industry experience in software engineering

2. 2+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience

3. Solid understanding and appreciation for clean, scalable architecture

4. Experience with Node.jshttp://Node.js, React, and database design

5. Mastery of designing APIs and building scalable RESTful services

6. Ability to quickly iterate on and ship code using test-driven development patterns

7. Mastery of CSS, preferably via a library like TailwindCSS

8. A passion for learning and mentoring, and self-awareness of how you learn best
