Senior Compensation and Rewards Consultant
Designing financial performance measurement and target-setting systems to support these compensation programs
Structuring, directing, reviewing, and interpreting analyses performed by the project team. Creating and/or reviewing client deliverables
Developing compensation strategies, philosophies and programs that address clients' attraction and retention needs
Providing consulting services to senior management on a variety of remuneration issues, including competitiveness of pay, performance measurement, and governance and regulatory implications
Qualifications:
At least 10 years' experience in human resources consulting (with specific experience in broad-based compensation) or broad-based compensation in a large corporate environment.
Provide consulting services on broader Human Capital issues and/or market trends
Recognize and identify business development/sales opportunities
Design short-term and long-term incentive programs that reinforce the clients' strategic objectives
BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred
Experience consulting with leading public and private companies in a variety of industries on compensation strategy development, competitive pay evaluation, pay/performance links, incentive program design (annual and long-term), equity strategy, change in control planning, mergers and acquisitions, board compensation and other issues
