All providers are expected to float to COVID Units. Full PPEs will be provided. The following documentation items shall be submitted prior to Supplier Employee assignment:
National Background Screen, including the OIG Database
Drug Screen (at least gone to clinic – pending results)
TB within 12 months
License and applicable certificate’s
All additional required documentation shall be submitted no later than 7 business days from assignment start date
Helpful notes: Please remember for South Texas Health System - all travel nurses must live a minimum of 100 miles from the facility. They will not take any local candidates so it is important to have the candidates perm address listed on the profile. Please ask candidates to be available for an immediate interview so we can guarantee that fast response time. Also, if candidate receives an offer, please respond back to us ASAP in order to secure the assignment.
