In order for your candidate to be cleared to start working on site, the following documents are required:
National Background Screen, including the OIG Database
Drug Screen (at least gone to clinic – pending results)
TB within last 12 months
License and applicable certificates
All additional required documentation must be submitted no later than 7 business days from assignment start date.
