Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered)
1. Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or other relevant health related discipline.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant health related field plus experience is acceptable
3. 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in leadership role
4. 2+ years recent related experience working with eating disordered clients or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
5. Experience in partnering with an executive team
