Required skills and experience: 1. A professional level of knowledge on Health Information, Health Informatics, Information Technology, or similar course of study as normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, or related field. 2. Three- five years equivalent work experience in help desk services. Exceptional knowledge of computer hardware and software. 3. Demonstrated progressive experience in the management of a technical support team. 4. Proven track record of developing and providing Service Level Agreements and IT Service Desk deliverables. 5. Solid relationship management and performance management skills. Ability to motivate and direct staff members and subordinates. Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives. Communicates regularly with the other Information Technologies and clinical teams to ensure effective utilization of resources, stakeholder response and systems effectiveness. 5. Collects and reports daily, weekly, monthly and annual performance statistics.
